August: Workshop Suggestions open

October: Workshop proposal submission window opens. Proposal example .

Mid January: Workshop suggestion deadline

January- February: Staff works to fulfill workshop suggestions 

February 1: Workshop proposal deadline

February- March: Committee Review 

Mid March: Committee proposal decision communicated with lead presenter

June: Final workshops announced
